Our Car Rental Terms

Please find our car rental terms below,

1. Duration of rental is 24 hours. If you take the car at 10:00 am, it finishes at 10:00 am following morning. Prices include full 24 hours.
2. If the hirer (customer) is involved in an accident which renders the car unsafe to drive, car hire company will endeavour to provide a replacement car. If the hirer (customer) is found to have caused an accident, we offer No refund and NO replacement.
3. If rental car is damaged, you are liable to pay an Excess which is up to £500.
4. Rental cars cannot be taken to South Cyprus.
5. You should be minimum 25 years old to be able to rent a car in Northern Cyprus.
6. All international and national driver's licenses are accepted.
7. 2 drivers are free of charge.
8. Minimum days of car rental in North Cyprus is 3. You can have the car for 1 or 2 days but you still need to pay for 3 days.
9. If you hire a car for 6 days or more, we can deliver it to Ercan airport as free of charge. If you are hiring it below 6 days then delivery or collection service fee is £30 each way.
10. Fuel should be returned as you find it and the fuel you leave in the car is non-refundable.
11. All traffic fines during the rental period are under the customer's responsibility.
12. The hirer is responsible to read the rental agreement carefully and then sign it at the time of the pick up of the car.
13. Car seats can be provided with a small fee. Please pre book this by the time of your North Cyprus car hire booking.
14. We do our best to arrange the specific car you have chosen, however we cannot 100% guarantee that it will be the car you specified by the time of your booking, but we promise that it will be from the same price category.
